Project Overview

This Livermore kitchen was outdated with old cabinetry, aging granite countertops, and hardware that hadn't been touched in years. The layout was fine, and the cabinet boxes were in really good shape, so instead of gutting it, I refinished the existing cabinet faces, ordered a full set of new pine shaker doors and drawer fronts, and primed and painted them to match. Installed new soft-close hinges and slides throughout, along with all-new hardware. Rounded it out with a new sink, marble countertops, and a full backsplash. By the time I was finished, it barely looked like the same kitchen.
