Backyard Bathroom Add-On
Project Overview
A backyard guest suite tucked into the Berkeley Hills, a custom ADU framed and finished with all teak. The client decided mid-build to add a full bathroom to what started as a single-room design, and Masaya Homes brought me on-site to finish the bath and carry the project to completion. I closed out the client’s final punch list, and handed over a complete, move-in-ready space — a result I’m still proud of.
