M6 ADU Interior Finish
Project Overview
A 600 sq. ft. ADU brought from the insulation stage through final completion. I joined the project once the structure was ready to be closed in and led a small crew through the complete interior finish.
The project included a full teak kitchen with custom island, marble countertops, master bedroom and closet, full bathroom, laundry room, custom skylights, interior trim, hardware, and final detailing throughout.
I coordinated with multiple trades, supervised the work on site, passed inspections, and carried the project through the client's final punch list and handoff.
